Usually this is caused by deleting or moving files on the hard drive before removing them from the scrub software. The easiest fix is a reinstall, but sometimes the database for Scrub doesn’t get deleted and the issue will persist. To fix this, navigate to the program install directory (usually C:/Program Files (x86)/ScrubDNC) and find the “.vdb3” file. That is the Scrub database. Rename or delete it to force scrub to create a new database next time it starts up. The user will need to re-register the software.
